READING         Any returned assignment that receives less

                           than 80% should be re-do with the parent at home, signed by the parent, and

                           returned to the Reading bin the next day.  No late work accepted.  "Missing" assingments turn to "0's." 

                           Turn in monthly "Reading Calendar" on the last day of the month EVERY month, with

                           "reading nights"  initialed by parents.

                          Have your child read to you 20 minutes each night M-F from Ziploc bag contents.  Ziploc bags and

                          contents come home Mondays and are due back the following Monday. 

                          FINAL COPY OF BUNNY/CHICK STORY DUE TUES. MARCH 30 

                     

SPELLING     "my" words p. 112.   SPELLING TEST THIS THURSDAY, RATHER THAN FRIDAY.  

                         Spelling list/contract is sent home on

                          the previous Monday.   Signed "Spelling contracts" due every Friday, or last day of school  week when spelling test is given.   

 

 LANGUAGE        

                          Any assignments with a score of less than

                           80% should be re-done at home with parent guidance and re-teaching, then returned to

                           school with parent's signature on it and placed in the "Reading" bin.  

 

 MATH              
                         CRT REVIEW PAGES 35-38.  DUE WED. 3/17.    All missing assignments turn to "0's."  

                          Practice Math facts each night.  Re-do misssed  p2oblems on assignments and tests with your

                          child to make sure understanding is clear.

                           If a test comes home with a TIMED MATH FACTS TEST score of -2 or less, the test has been passed.

                           If not, the test has not been passed. 

                           Try again. :)
