1.  Home reading time-collected weekly through signed planners or calendars

2.  In school reading time-collected weekly through reading journals

3. Literature Logs-found in reading journals

4. Book Projects-turned in every 2 to 3 weeks

5. Literature Circles-meet weekly to discuss book
