Thursday November 12 - We continued on our project from yesterday.

Wednesday November 11 - We began a project entitled create your own country, where students are working in groups of three to create their own country.  Each member of the group has their own tasks to complete and will receive their own grade.  The handout is available on this website.

Tuesday November 10 - We continued our discussion about sovereignty and completed the worksheet we started yesterday.

Monday November 9 - We began a discussion about sovereignty, especially as it applies to Native American tribes.  To aid our discussion we used the PBS series, Indian Country Diaries which includes several video clips.  As we discussed we answered questions on the Sovereignty Questions Worksheet.  I put together a powerpoint presentation with links to all of the video segments we watched.  The powerpoint and the worksheet are available on this website.
