Test - March 19 - 22

If you forgot to write down the ratios:

Current ratio = Monetary assets / current liabilities (Do I have enough liquidity to meet emergencies?)

Month's living expenses covered ratio = Monetary assets / annual living expenditures/12 (Do I have 3 to 6 months of savings for fixed expenses?)

Debt ratio = Total debt or liabilities / total assets (Do I have the ability to meet my debt obligations?)

Savings Ratio = Income available for savings and investment / income available for living expenditures (How much am I saving?)

Hope this helps.  You can also check out the Chapter 2 Measuring Your Financials PowerPoint.
