Wrestling Standings

2009 - 2010 Hunter Junior High Wrestling Highlights

T-shirts will be ordered on Friday January 29th - money needs to be in by Wednesday the 27th at the latest.

The Junior Varsity Invitational will be held on February 6th, 2010 at Eisenhower Junior High.

The Varsity Division Championships are on February 20th at Hunter High School.

The Varsity District Championships are on February 27th at Cottonwood High School.

All will start at 6:30 a.m. with weigh-ins until 7:30 a.m. and Wrestling begins at 8:00 a.m. and go until finnished.
Hunter Junior High School Wrestling Team

To wrestle for Hunter Junior High School, students must:

• Have 2.0 Grade Point Average for second quarter.

• Have 2.0 or higher Citizenship grade for second quarter.

• Model appropriate behavior on the mat and off the mat.

• Make a commitment to themselves and the team.

• Be willing to play hard, but work harder.


Wrestling Notices

All students interested in wrestling should utilize other sports and intermurals such as weightlifting and track in the off season, to building stamina, strength, and endurance.  Please see coach Woods if you have any questions.
