Written homework is due every Tuesday and Thursday. Students answer section questions from their textbook, Earth Science. Page assignments are written on the left side of the board, so students can work ahead, but I do not take late work.

If you or anyone you know can come (for even 5 minutes) to talk with a class about Science it's not just EXTRA CREDIT for your student, but a huge benefit to the other students. It's especially important to help students see how science relates to the "real world". Please email me with a date and time when you or another visitor could come. We will begin by exploring Standard 1, with the origin of the Universe. Get a preview by clicking on "Curriculum" for 9th grade (to the left of the calendar on the opening page.) This will open a page where you then click "Earth Science". Go to "Standard 1" (found easily with CTRL+f and typing "Standard 1") or just scroll down until you see the links.
