Volcano flipbook intructions

1. Open up word document
2. Open up internet
3. Go to My uen website
4. Go to volcano website and identify:
    a. Shield Volcano
    b.Composite/Strato Volcano
    c.Cindercone Volcano

5. Find pictures of the three types of volcanoes
6. Copy and paste them into your word doc.
7. Save word document as “Volcano Pics”
8. On my UEN website go to read*write*think flipbook site.
9. Create Flip book
a. Four pages
b. lst page no heading
c. 2nd page: Shield Volcano
d. 3rd Page: Composite/Strato Volcano
e. 4th Page: Cindercone volcano
On first page put the heading of: Three types of Volcanoes
Subtitle: Student names
10. On the page content add the definitions of each kind of the 3 volcanoes.

11.Print off book
12. Assemble book
13. Print off pictures(resize if needed) .Cut out pictures and
glue them on book.
