Welcome to Keyboarding I.  This class will focus on learning the proper keyboarding technique and mastering the keyboard.  Remember:  To improve your keyboarding skills you must PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE !!!

MUSIC PASS:  Students may earn a Music Pass.  If students have a current Music Pass, they may bring a CD of their favorite music to listen to while they type.  We have headphones available for each computer or student's may bring their own headphones.  All music must be appropriate for school.  Students MAY NOT bring ipods, mp3 players, etc. to listen to because electronic devices are against school policy.  Students MAY NOT listen to music from the internet because we have no control over the type of music that might be accessed on the internet.

OPEN LAB:  Students are welcome to use the computer lab to catch up on Keyboarding assignments or for any other school assignment.  Room B-145 will be open before school at 7:45 and after school until 3:30 on B days ONLY!  It is always a good idea to check with the teacher if you are planning to come before or after school to avoid any school meetings.
