We will be performing November 21, at Barnes and Noble on 5300 south and State Street in support of a fund-raising activity by the PTSA. Set up will be around 11:15 AM and we play at 12:00 noon. The dress is best dress (ties for the guys and no jeans). The students must provide their own transportation to this event and be responsible for getting their instruments there. Remember there is no school on Friday, November 20 so the students must have their instruments before then. As a backup, I will be at school between 8:00 – 11:00 AM on that Friday.  

After we play the students can have some time to go eat lunch at one of the nearby venues (bring a lunch or money) and afterwards we will come back and play the same program at 1:30 PM or so.

 

Our annual concert with the Phoenix Jazz and Swing Band is Wednesday, Dec. 2 at 7:00 in the school auditorium. We need to big crowd to attend this activity. Bring your family and friends.

The Jazz Band will be performing in the instrumental holiday concert on Wednesday, Dec. 16. Therefore, we will be having early morning rehearsals every morning until then. Thanks for getting up early and being to rehearsals on time.
