1.  Midterm is coming up fast!  Tuesday, November 24--the day before Thanksgiving break.  All late or absent work for the first half of the term must be turned in by Friday, November 20th. 

If you have missed a reading log this term, you may do one make up reading log during the break.  Just read the required amount -- pages or time -- circle the log you want made up, make sure it's signed, and turn it in to me after Thanksgiving.  This is not an extra credit assignment.

2.  All late work or make-up work for the second half of Term 2  (after Thanksgiving Break) is due by December 18--the last Friday before Christmas break.  Please check your grades often and be aware of what you need to turn in.  If you are going to be absent, please plan accordingly.  There will be no exceptions. 

EXTRA CREDIT:    You may earn up to 50 extra credity points!  Attend (or participte in) the school play, "Who Dunnit?" and write a one-page review. What did you like best? How could it have been improved? What did you think of the set?  How were the costumes, etc. etc. etc.?  The play runs Thursday night, November 19 through Monday November 30.  Check the school website for additional details.
