- Hey....How does NO HOMEWORK sound? Mr Totland is trying a new program where no homework will be assigned during the week of April 6-10. It is a test or pilot program, so stay tuned to see if it will get picked up for a season!!

Every Friday from 3-3:30 Mr. T will be available to help students work on their writing projects. Sign UP in Class.
- L.A. 7th - Students are working on The Call of the Wild in Literature Circles, Parts of Speech on Grammar Day, and Poetry Books. All students are required to have a Young Adult Fiction book of their choice in class everyday.
- L.A. 8th - Students are working on Novel Elements Unit in Literature Circles, Clauses,Diagramming and Verbals on Grammar Day, and the Persuasive Essays for their writing portfolios.
- Drama - Students are working on The Student-Directed One Acts. They are currently memorizing, characterizing, and staging the play each day in class rehearsals. Students will be required to attend one rehearsal from 3:05 to 4:00 each week. Students will need to attend and critique on play each semester. Plan for this today!!
