• Use Wordle to practice spelling and vocabulary words, to teach synonyms and antonyms, to start the year with classroom community words
• Use Lookybook for choral reading and storytime
• Download the free version of Read Please, copy text or write your own into the text box and then read along together as a class while the curser highlights each word.  Read Please Download (be sure to choose the free version)
• Use Virtual Math Manipulatives, Math Playground, or Shoder Interactives to demonstrate math concepts
• Use the Curious George Website with K-2 for many fun interactive learning games
• Music: Scan lyrics to songs or type them up in a Word document.  Project the lyrics and sing along to songs from your iTUNES. Download iTUNES, purchase songs for .99 each or upload your own music from CD's into your iTUNES.
• ZoomIt is a free download for Windows that lets you zoom in on the screen where you need to and allows you to draw, underline or highlight where needed
