| Student Notes March 15, 2010 Students, Wow! What a wonderful International Week! Remember to bring your Road To Success folder for The House of Heulyn. The folder should have the total minutes read and a parent signature. Go Wales!! This week you will have: a spelling list, weekly homework, weekly folder, WWTW, and your choice board from The Green Book. The University of Learning is just around the corner. All degrees are due on May 12th. At this point in our school year, you should be approximately 3/4 of the way finished with the entire project. Please be sure to look over all requirements with a parent. Remember to have you parent sign your degree sheet each time you read a book or do research hours. That sheet must come to school with your project.
Don't forget to show your parents your planner each night. Your planner should be signed.

Parent Notes March 15, 2010 Parents,
Our class belongs to the House of Heulyn in Wales. There are other classes within the school that also belong to the House of Heulyn. The Road To Success is connected to our house. All House of Heulyn classes are reading to win the Reading Grail. Please help your students to remember to bring their Road To Success folders to class on Monday. Go House of Heulyn! This week there will be: a spelling list, WWTW list, weekly homework, weekly folder, and a choice board of activities from our current novel entitled "TThe Green Book".
The University of Learning is due May 12th. Students should be working at least 30 minutes per week on the U of L. Those hours do not include the books read, service project, scrapbook project, or the final product. Please help your students to stay on track with this project. All parts of the project including the filled out and signed paper in students' packet is due with the finsihed project. Please be sure to look over all requirements with our students.
Please check and discuss your student's planner daily. It is such a helpful tool for student, parent, and teacher.
