Announcements

We will be going on a field trip to a special concert of the Utah Symphony on March 3rd.  Since we will be leave in busses about 15 minutes after school starts, it's very important that the children be to school on time.  I also encourage the students to wear especially nice clothes, since the concert is in the concert hall in downtown Salt Lake City. This doesn't mean fancy clothes, just what the child considers to be one of their better outfits.


Parent Notes

The items in For Parents Consideration are usually from recent articles and research relating to 5th grade age children.  This week I've included a couple of articles about the importance of adequate sleep for children 10-12 years old.
