Dear Parents,

I wanted to remind you that in the envelope that had your child's grades was a paper informing you of Skyward. Skyward is the new grading system that Alpine School District is using. We did not have this grading system for Term 1. Now that we have Skyward, you are able to look at your child's grades whenever you want.

The envelope that was sent home has a password for each family at Manila. If you do not have it, please contact the school office and they will let you know your password. I am no longer going to send home missing homework lists in student planners, because you can look at the updated version whenever you choose. I will keep the grades updated as often as possible (at least every other day, if not every day.) I strongly suggest that you look at your child's grades at least once a week to see how they are doing.

If you have any questions or concerns about this change please feel free to email me. I appreciate your commitment to your child with their success this year and for all their years of school.
