| Student Notes Classroom Rules: 1. When entering the classroom, be seated quickly and quietly. 2. Come to class prepared with all supplies and homework complete. 3. Raise your hand to speak.

Consequences for breaking rules:
First Offense: Verbal warning Second Offense: “Stop and Think” Form Third Offense: “Action Plan” Form Fourth Offense: Lunch Detention -AND- “Evaluation of Behavior” Form Fifth Offense: Turn Around -AND- Phone Call Home Sixth Offense: Office Referral -AND- Conference with parents, teacher, and principal Parent Notes Dear Parents and Guardians, Please make sure that you help your student revise their weekly paragraph by Wednesday of each week. Please sign the bottom of the rough draft so I know this step has occured. By Wednesday, students should begin working on their final draft. Every Friday morning, I will be checking their paragraph to make sure their rough draft was signed and their final draft is attached. I will collect these, grade them, and keep them in a secure place until the end of the school year. I will be helping your child compile a "Book of Writings" at the conclusion of the school year.
