Dear Parents and Guardians,

Please make sure that you help your student revise their weekly paragraph by Wednesday of each week.  Please sign the bottom of the rough draft so I know this step has occured.  By Wednesday, students should begin working on their final draft.  Every Friday morning, I will be checking their paragraph to make sure their rough draft was signed and their final draft is attached.  I will collect these, grade them, and keep them in a secure place until the end of the school year.  I will be helping your child compile a "Book of Writings" at the conclusion of the school year.  Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
