3. Raise your hand to speak.
4. Use appropriate language.
Consequences for breaking rules:
First Offense: Verbal warning
Second Offense: “Stop and Think” Form
Third Offense: “Action Plan” Form
Fourth Offense: Lunch Detention -AND- “Evaluation of Behavior” Form
Fifth Offense: Turn Around -AND- Phone Call Home
Sixth Offense: Office Referral -AND- Conference with parents, teacher, and principal
