PE Test

If your child missed the testing for the Presidential Fitness, please test them at home on the following and email the results to me.

# of push ups in 1 minute (boy push ups - straight arms &legs, chest to floor)

Sit with legs straight out in front, bend to the front & measure how many inches you can reach.

# of sit ups in 1 minute

Shuttle run: mark 2 lines 30 feet apart & place 2 block of wood (erasers, etc) behind the lines.  Students start behind the opposite line, on the "go" they run down, pick up a block and run it back behind the first line, then runs back and gets the second block and runs back to the starting line.  Please send in the time to me.
