Book Report Genre Assignments: 

** Please be VERY careful when choosing books.  Make sure they fit the correct genre.  You can easily look it up by googling the name of the book.

September: Non-fiction or Informational text

October:  Fairy Tale Anthology (this book must have at least 10 fairy tales) or folk tale or myth

November: Biography/Auto-biography

December: Student Choice

January: Narrative (I will assign you a specific book for this month out of my library)

February: Mystery

March: Realistic Fiction (fictional story that takes place in the current time)

April: Historical Fiction (fictional story that takes place in the past)

May: Poetry Book (this is a book of poetry, not one poem).
