Journal Writing


Instructions:
1. Use the Journal Prompt website to make an entry in your journal.
2. You need to write at least 5 sentences, using MS Word.
3. Write the date and title above each entry.
4. Add to your document and save after each entry.


Making Words

Instructions:

1.  Open a "Making Words" Interwrite document to the right under My Documents.
2.  From page to page, move the  letters around to create words.
3.  Write the words on your paper & turn in (at least 8 words).
4.  Use Dictionary.com if you aren't sure of the spelling of your word.


Current Events!

Instructions:  Scholastic News Online

1.  Open the "Current Events" document.
2.  Read the instructions.
3.  Choose a news website to look at, and choose an article to write about.
4.  Open MS Word and follow the instructions on the Current Events document to write your summary.
5.  Save into folder, and print when finished.  Turn in to bin.
